Our focus is on team-based and collaborative care that takes a multidisciplinary approach. We believe in treating each patient as a whole and providing them with the best possible care.
Our clinic specializes in Concussion rehabilitation, Mental Health and Psychotherapy, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Driver Rehabilitation, Vision Therapy and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation. Although we specialize in motor vehicle accidents, we welcome all patients!
Our phenomenal team includes Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Social workers, Psychotherapists, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Neuro-Optometry, Driving Rehabilitation Therapists, and so much more. Our interdisciplinary referral network offers exceptional patient-centered care, making it an ideal environment for both new graduates and experienced professionals who wish to expand their skills and learn to work in a multidisciplinary setting.
Your practice will include:
- Fully furnished, large modern treatment rooms with beautiful large windows providing natural light
- Fully trained and established administrative staff
- Direct billing is offered to all patients
- State-of-the-art clinical space
- Complete Marketing and website provided
- WalnutEMR System
- Treatment supplies are provided by the clinic
- Laundry onsite for therapists to use
- Strong referral network from other health professionals, lawyers and family doctors within the clinic and surrounding community
What We Are Looking For!
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a team of clinicians to provide concurrent treatment as needed
- Evidenced-based treatment methods
- Establishing and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships with clients
- Maintaining sound clinical judgment and upholding ethical standards
- Maintaining thorough case notes
- Excellent hands-on manual skills
- Self-motivated and eager to grow
Skills and Requirements:
- Valid Registration with a professional college (In good standing)
- Own Malpractice Insurance
- Excellent Manual skills are preferred
- Postgraduate courses or specializations are an asset including pediatrics, acupuncture, pregnancy care, sports injury and concussion care.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic and always wanting to learn more
- Ability to work in a team-based atmosphere with multiple health professionals
